I don’t know about you, but when I worked in the corporate world, I spent my mornings frazzled, never feeling caffeinated enough, and usually overwhelmed. Stress is the opposite of relaxation and we typically feel stress when we are moving too quickly throughout our day, feeling like there isn’t enough time to accomplish everything.
